Index is a multi-award-winning chopping board categorization system, comprising of a stylish storage case and four colour-coded chopping boards. Each board has its own illustrated tab - staggered for convenience which helps to ensure the same board is used each time for similar food types.

With Index you can safely prepare vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food separately without having to buy additional chopping boards.

Storage Case is made from high quality ABS plastic, it's easy to clean with a rubber non-slip base. Boards are made from high quality, durable polypropylene that wont blunt knives and are dishwasher safe. Case measures 12"W x 3"D (at the base) x 8"H (Indexes add another 1.25"). Chopping surface is 8.75"W x 7.75"H
