Only in this modern age can so many influences come together to produce something new.
Dan says; "We visited Puerto Vallarta on the west coast of Mexico and were taken aback with the beauty of the jungle and it's vivid variety of emerald green hues. Then, some months later, while standing outside the Museum of Modern Art in Mexico City, I was impressed with a large stone sculpture of a grasshopper. This led us to thinking about a design, to which we applied our appreciation of ancient Mayan art and the designs of Art Noveau.
The result is something never before seen. Danisha sculptures are highly sought after collectors’ items.
