Shipping:

DetailsArt provides shipping via UPS or USPS.

In stock product generally leaves our store within 2 business days of your order when placed before 5pm EST. For example an order placed on Monday before 5pm EST would ship out by the following Wednesday. If you need expedited shipping please let us know either by phone or e-mail. We will do our best to accommodate.

Some items may require longer shipping times - this is noted with each product description.

Reshipping Fee: There will be a fee equal to the cost of reshipping an order if the wrong address is given.

Generally all items are shipping within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

Standard:
Delivery 5-7 business days after shipment.

Alaska and Hawaii:
Delivery 5-7 business days after shipment.

Priority:
Delivery 3-4 business days after shipment.

Express:
Delivery 2-3 business days after shipment.

Next Day :
Guaranteed delivery by the first business day after shipment. Orders must be placed by noon ET M-F for same day shipment, all orders placed after 12pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged for items shipped to Arizona and items shipped to Michigan. Prior to your submitting the order for processing an itemized total will be presented include product cost, shipping and sales tax (if applicable).

Returns & Damaged Items:

If your item has been damaged during shipping or has a defect we will make every effort to replace it. Please call us at 877-ART-KART (278-5278) to arrange for a new item to be shipped out to you.

We understand that many of our products need to be seen and touched to truly appreciate them. For purchases made online there is a 30 day return policy, from the date of shipment. Shipping cost is nonrefundable and and we do not provide return shipping.
*Please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received free shipping will be charged at the time of return.

Please ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging and we will credit your account as soon as we receive the item.

Privacy Statement:

DetailsArt and Details & Green Shoelaces will not sell or give away information that you have provided to us. Our mailing list is used only for our internal e-mail and USPS mailings. If you have questions or would rather not receive e-mail or mail please let us know by sending us an e-mail at online@detailsart.com.

DetailsArt uses SSL encryption to enforce site security anytime your information or password is requested. If you have questions or need additional information please e-mail us at online@detailsart.com

If you would rather order via phone, please call us at 877-ART-KART (278-5278) to place your order. Our hours are 10am-5pm EST Mon-Fri, 11am-5pm EST SAT. If you don't get a hold of us please leave a message with your phone number and a good time to call you and we will return your call.

Gift Wrap:

DetailsArt provides unique gift wrapping for all of our products. Our products come in many shapes and sizes so we do not have set gift wrap that is used for everything. If you have a specific holiday or special occasion request please let us know and we will do our best to incorporate that into the gift wrap.

For items sent to a different billing address we will always provide a 'gift invoice' which does not include prices. An invoice with pricing will be sent separately to the billing address.

If you wish to have a note written, we provide that free of charge. Just indicate in the 'Special Instructions' section what you would like the note to say.

Gift wrap is available for $4.95 on most items. You'll be able to choose gift wrap on each individual product.

Mailing List:

If you're on the DetailsArt mailing list you'll be among the first to receive information about upcoming features, specials and events that are occurring online (DetailsArt) or in our retail (Details & Green Shoelaces) locations.

If at any time you wish to remove yourself from the mailing list just click 'unsubscribe' and we'll remove your e-mail within 2 weeks from all future mailings.

We do not sell or give our mailing list away to other parties, nor do we use 3rd party mailing lists. If you feel you've received your newsletter in error please let us know.

Wholesale Inquiries

We do wholesale some of our items. Please e-mail us at online@detailsart.com or call us at 877-ART-KART for more information. We require appropriate business credentials (i.e. Business Name & Address, Resale #, Federal ID) to be supplied.
